This month, we are focusing on Pastoral Care with Chris Vieth (FCC Decatur, IL) leading the conversation. Pastoral care is at the heart of what it means to be an elder — it’s the hands-on, personal ministry of walking alongside people in your congregation through the highs and lows of life. Whether it’s supporting someone through illness, comforting a family in grief, or helping a member navigate a spiritual struggle, faithful pastoral care shows the love of Christ in very practical ways. It strengthens relationships, builds trust, prevents people from falling through the cracks, and helps your church family grow deeper in faith together.

Elders, this is just for you! Curated by elders, for elders. We want to help you grow spiritually and as a leader so you can better serve your church. We’re thrilled to have served more than 80 church elders nationwide, and we’d love for you to join us! ​We are encouraged some elder teams meet and join the Elder Forums together. Consider that for your elder team. Note that you don't have to be officially affiliated with Disciple Heritage Fellowship to participate. Everyone is invited to attend.​
